Shanna Sansom, CEO and founder, is the catalyst for Meaningful Communications, guiding its overall strategic and creative vision. Passionate about communications that evoke hope, she consults regularly with Social Entrepreneurs and Executives of Faith-based and Community Outreach Initiatives throughout the country, advising on positioning, identity and strategy. Through her experience as Account Director at Ink, Inc, Public Relations in Kansas City and KMR Communications a New York City health and beauty public relations firm, Shanna offers a unique edge in orchestrating all aspects involved in planning a successful public relations campaign. She has extensive experience assisting clients in a variety of areas, including: public speaking and media training, creative story ideas, notable awards and recognitions, giveaways and contests, speaking engagements, event planning and sponsorships. Shanna is also a well-rounded media-relations specialist who possesses media contacts nationwide. She is particularly adept in the areas of philanthropy and health, and has artfully managed client campaigns in major media markets nationwide.

Albert D. Williams, Executive Director of Community Outreach Marketing. As the leader of our new Community Outreach Marketing division, Williams brings 20 years of senior-level leadership and strategic planning experience in urban redevelopment with a deep insight into the issues facing Urban & Emerging markets. Williams plans to use this experience to build strong proactive community outreach plans that wins the hearts of the community for our clients. Prior to joining Meaningful Communications, Williams served as a Group Product Segment Analyst and Community Lender for JP Morgan Chase/Bank One Mortgage in Milwaukee, WI, where he established relationships with community-based organizations, government agencies, realtors, and homebuilders to leverage constituents as a referral source for Bank One mortgage products. Prior to this role, he served as the Chief Operations Officer for Allstate Insurance Company/ADW3 Enterprises/The Williams Agency in Milwaukee, WI,  where he notably developed a relationship with the City of Milwaukee, which led to Allstate’s underwriting of the city’s urban redevelopment initiatives, valued at $2 million in insurance coverage. Williams is a sought after public speaker, who has served as Guest Lecturer on Business Topics for Marquette University’s College of Business, and has taught “The Principles of Marketing” as Adjunct Instructor at Milwaukee Area Technical College of Business. Williams holds an M.S. in Management/Strategic Planning from Cardinal Stritch University and a B.B.A in Business Administration/Marketing with a minor in Communication Arts and Sciences/Organization Dynamics from Western Michigan University.

 

Miranda Ward, Senior Account Director, Miranda brings a fresh approach to public relations. A communications major with both a degree in Fashion Design and a degree in Merchandising, Miranda brings with her an extensive background in relationship building, creative & technical writing and project management. Miranda plans to use her experience and education to increase exposure for our clients. Miranda is a visionary who takes the “real-life story” and constructs marketable concepts. Miranda’s strengths lie in discovering core-competencies, identifying needs and finding solutions. Miranda is excellent at managing important relationships with media and industry leaders and has over a decade of experience interacting with pastors, ministry leaders and  nonprofit executives. Miranda's core capabilities include event planning, research, media writing, strategic and creative planning, celebrity endorsements, sponsorships and fundraising, with a special interest in entrepreneurship and small business start-up.  Miranda seeks to empower, so that people can see their worth and realize that they can make and walk in their own path.
